horrorStruckjust FTR, cairo 1.12.6 is out, mainly bug fixes of 1.12.4 new features http://www.cairographics.org/news/cairo-1.12.6/12:34
frinnsthm, why wasnt that in my ck4up?13:23
frinnstnew binutils too..13:31
frinnstmostly new archs it seems13:33
sepenjaeger/jue?14:41
sepenI think tzdata could be improved a bit http://dpaste.com/817369/14:51
jaegerthe CFLAGS bit makes sense but what's with the mkdir sed?14:56
sepennah, cosmetical change15:11
sepensee tzdata buildlog, they used mkdir which outputs an error saying that the dir exists15:11
sepenthis part it was only a test I made here15:12
frinnstso, seems i've hit an issue with shutting down crux :)15:18
frinnsti use rdiff-backup to sync / to a nfs server via a cronjob. If its running and I do a "shutdown -h now" the box never powers down15:19
frinnstseems to be an issue with unmounting the nfs dir after everything else is killed and the network is shutdown15:19
frinnsti'll add some echos in rc.shutdown and see if i can pinpoint it a bit better15:21
jaegerodd15:23
frinnstyeah it worries me to do unclean shutdowns with btrfs :)15:24
jaegerunderstandable15:25
jaegeryou could also test with a lazy unmount15:25
jaegerobviously there would be a chance of losing writes to the NFS mount but if you're sure the data has been written it'd be worth testing15:25
frinnstdunno why it happens. there are no "problems" with killing the backup process15:25
