frinnstbtw jaeger, i booted the crux 3.3 iso on a lenovo thinkcenter today and it didnt detect the disks22:45
frinnstdidnt have any time to look into it, but the disks were in ahci mode so it should have worked22:45
frinnstthe module was in use by the controller according to lspci -k22:45
jaegerno idea there... if you try it again, send me a dmesg and lspci/lsusb outputs22:46
frinnstI only had access to the box for about 1hr22:46
frinnstits already back at the customer site unforntuately22:46
jaegerok22:47
frinnstwonder if lenovo does something stupid. i know they have in the past22:47
frinnstit was a thinkstation, not thinkcentre22:49
jaegerany idea which model?22:49
frinnsts30 i think22:50
frinnstcad machine22:51
jaegerhttp://thinkstation-specs.com/thinkstation-s30/ ?22:51
frinnstyep, looks right22:51
jaegerhrmm. nothing in there that shouldn't be supported, I think22:52
frinnstindeed22:52
jaegerunless it was using an onboard SAS controller that wasn't in the kernel22:52
frinnstno, the disks were connected to sata ahci22:52
jaegerhrmm... dunno then, sorry22:53
frinnstno worries, just thought it was odd22:54
