TimB_dlcusa: still has a borked configure script. Seems like your patch is gonna end up in 6.4.x.x?22:49
Plazmaanybody put matlab or mathmatica successfully on crux without much issue?22:54
TimB_no but there is R22:54
TimB_s/no/not me, and not that i know of,/22:55
Plazmayea R is nice, but for some things i require both those tools, academia22:55
Plazmaahh yea22:55
Plazmait shouldn't be too bad, they both have linux versions22:55
Plazmaand both install fine on slacwkare, which is a bit more esoteric than ubuntu or the like22:55
TimB_go for it :)22:55
Plazmasomeday , i need to get a few VM's going22:57

TimB_dlcusa: i will try to depend on poppler for now, and we can give that a spin. Then we can still have pdfium in our backhand if LOs poppler implementation turns out to be dut. I'm just hestiant to add another library that will get statically built for LO :)23:17
TimB_i might push your patch in the meantime with, building w/o the patch for now, I suspect it won't pick up poppler even though i told it to.. let's see23:18
